Fabio Zanotto
I started my upholstery apprenticeship at Jet Aviation AG in 2008, where I learned the craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail that form the foundation of high-quality aircraft interiors.
After completing my apprenticeship, I specialized in seat prototyping for the business aviation industry. Over the years, I have expanded my expertise across the entire aircraft interior lifecycle, including prototype development, production, refurbishment, maintenance, and cabin modifications. This hands-on experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of aviation manufacturing processes, quality standards, and project execution.
Alongside my aviation career, I founded Zanotto Interiors, where I broadened my expertise beyond aviation into automotive upholstery. Working on classic cars, vintage vehicles, sports cars, motorcycles, and bespoke interior projects has further refined my craftsmanship and strengthened my ability to deliver high-quality, tailor-made solutions across different industries.
Running Zanotto Interiors has also enabled me to develop strong entrepreneurial and business management skills. I have gained valuable experience in process optimization, operational planning, project coordination, consulting, sales, estimating, procurement, marketing, and customer relationship.
Today, I offer more than upholstery expertise. I support manufacturers, completion centers, MROs, and operators with technical knowledge, project coordination, consulting, and practical solutions throughout every stage of an aircraft interior project.
I am committed to pushing the boundaries of aircraft interiors through innovation, precision, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
